WordPress Website Care

WordPress Services for Sites That Matter

WordPress is the platform we maintain most. Whether you need ongoing care, security hardening, a safe migration or a clear price, this is where each path starts.

We apply a defined update and verification process — not blind one-click updates. And we are contract-accountable: a defined SLA, staging-verified changes and real engineering hours, not an unlimited task queue.

Why WordPress Needs a Different Kind of Care

WordPress is easy to start and hard to keep healthy. Its plugin ecosystem is powerful and it is also where sites quietly break.

Plugin Conflicts

Two plugins, or one bad update, can break layout and function. Routine review and testing reduce surprise conflicts.

Theme Update Risk

Theme updates can change layout or break customizations. We protect overrides where possible and check before and after.

Update Timing

Major core updates should be staged, not rushed. A defined process protects the live site instead of gambling on it.

Security Surface

Outdated plugins are a common attack path. Update hygiene and least-privilege access reduce exposure.

Performance Drift

Too many plugins, weak caching and unoptimized media slow pages over time. Routine checks keep the site responsive.

Version Sprawl

Sites often run mixed versions across staging and production. Maintenance should know the difference.

Silent Failures Are What We Catch

A site that goes down is obvious. The failures that cost the most are the quiet ones. A contact form stops sending. A checkout breaks for one payment method. Pages quietly drop out of search. Speed slips a little every week. Nothing crashes, so nothing shouts — the leads just stop.

That is the failure mode we watch for. Alongside uptime, we monitor the signals that go silent:

Form submissions

We test that your forms still reach their destination, so a broken contact or quote form does not sit unnoticed for weeks.

Checkout and orders

For stores, we watch the order path and flag signs that a payment step has stopped completing.

Search indexing

We check that your pages stay indexed, and that nothing is accidentally blocked from search after a change.

Speed and Core Web Vitals

We track real performance over time and flag gradual decline before it starts costing you conversions.

Detection coverage by quiet failure type Automated detection covers roughly 80 to 90 percent of form, checkout, indexing and speed monitoring. The remaining share — diagnosis and the fix — is done by a person. Contact forms 90% Checkout & orders 80% Search indexing 85% Speed & Core Web Vitals 85% Automated detection Human judgment
Detection runs automatically and continuously. The judgment and the fix are done by a person — and reported to you.

And You Hear About It Every Month

A maintenance plan should not be a silent invoice. Every month you receive a short report: what we updated and checked, what monitoring caught, what we fixed, and how much of your included hours were used. If nothing went wrong, the report still tells you what was verified — so “nothing happened” shows up as visible work, not silence.

You Own Your Site. Always.

Your domain, your hosting account, and your code belong to you. A maintenance provider should never be the only one holding the keys.

Your assets stay in your name

Domain, hosting, and site files remain yours and under your control. We work with your access — we do not take ownership of it.

A clean handover if you leave

If you move on, the agreement sets out how access, files, and credentials are returned. We do not hold your domain, and we do not charge a release fee.

This is written into our agreement, not just promised on a page.

WordPress-Focused, Not a Side Service

Maizhe Network has worked in website development and maintenance since 2010. We have served more than 1,000 websites, including WordPress sites that need platform knowledge rather than an update script.

Defined Update Process

We review compatibility, keep a tested backup and verify the site after changes. Updates are applied with care, not blind.

Clear Scope Before Work Starts

We explain what fits the plan and what needs separate approval, so you know the boundary before work begins.

One Connected Support Path

WordPress care connects with monitoring, backup, security, repair and improvement work — no new provider for every small issue.

Honest Evidence

We only publish cases, reports and results we can verify and are allowed to share.

Developed-market WordPress engineering, contract-accountable, at a competitive rate.

WordPress Services FAQ

What WordPress services do you offer?

We offer ongoing WordPress maintenance, WordPress security hardening and monitoring, WordPress website migration (host, domain, or platform moves), and WordPress maintenance pricing. WooCommerce stores are covered under the same platform focus.

I only need one thing, not a full plan. Can you help?

Yes. If you have a single need — a migration, a security review, a repair, or a speed problem — we scope it as a one-time project. Ongoing maintenance is the option when you want updates, monitoring, backups and support handled continuously.

My WordPress site was built by someone else. Can you take it over?

Often, yes. We assess the site first: current core and plugin versions, theme customizations, integrations, backups, and who holds access. If ownership or access is unclear, we help you sort that out before any work starts.

Do you work on WordPress sites you did not build?

Yes. Most WordPress sites we care for were built by another developer or agency. We review the build and any custom code before we take on the maintenance scope.

Which parts of WordPress are you responsible for?

WordPress is self-hosted, so server management sits with your host. Our work covers the parts you control: core, plugins, themes, content, and the visitor path — plus the site-level security, backup and monitoring that sit on top of them.

How is WordPress work priced?

Standard WordPress plans are Essential $99/mo, Business $249/mo, Managed $499/mo, and Custom from $799/mo, each with a defined monthly engineering allowance. One-time projects such as a migration are scoped separately.

Do you provide WordPress hosting?

Hosting is not one of our core services. We work with your current host when the technical work requires it, and we can advise on hosting changes during a migration.

Give Your WordPress Site a Clear Plan
