White-Label Website Maintenance: You Sell It, We Deliver It, Your Brand Takes the Credit
Offer your clients reliable website maintenance without building a maintenance team. We handle the updates, security, backups, monitoring and reports — you present it all under your own brand.
Your clients never see us. The relationship, the pricing and the margin stay with you.
1,000+ represents websites served cumulatively, not current actively maintained sites. 2 hours means initial response on business days, not a fix time or 24/7 service.
White-Label vs Reseller: It Comes Down to What the Client Sees
White-label and reselling are not opposites. Reselling is how you buy and bill; white-label is what your client sees. The only distinction that matters to your client is whether a supplier is visible at all.
| What the client sees | When the supplier is visible | With a true white-label arrangement |
|---|---|---|
| Branding on reports | Supplier branding can appear | Your branding only |
| Who the client contacts | Often the supplier direct | Always you |
| Who knows the arrangement | The client may learn who supplies it | Nobody on your client side |
| Who owns the relationship | Can drift toward the supplier | You, contractually |
| Who sets the price | Sometimes fixed by the supplier | You, with your own margin |
The point of white-label is not the label. It is that the client relationship never has to be shared — whether you call your business an agency, a studio or a reseller.
What We Handle Behind Your Brand
The full maintenance surface, delivered as one service you can resell.
Updates, staging-first
Core, plugin and theme updates tested in staging before they reach a live client site.
Security and malware response
Hardening, monitoring and incident response. Full malware removal and cleanup are quoted as a separate scope.
Backups and restore
Regular backups with a restore path that is actually tested, not just assumed to work.
Monitoring
Uptime, performance, security signals and quiet failures like broken forms and stuck checkout.
Performance and Core Web Vitals
Speed and Core Web Vitals work as part of ongoing care, with priority for dedicated performance projects.
White-label reporting
A monthly report you can send on under your own brand, covering what was done and what was found.
Built to Stay Invisible
Invisibility is a set of operational rules, not a slogan. Here is how it is enforced.
Agreed under NDA
A confidentiality agreement is in place before any client site is onboarded, covering both your business and your client list.
Reports go to you, not them
Every deliverable is sent to your team, in your format. Nothing is addressed to your client or sent past you.
No contact, no marketing
We do not reach out to your clients and we do not use the relationship to promote ourselves to them.
Your brand on the output
Reports, onboarding notes and status updates are produced for you to present under your own identity.
Least-privilege access
Access is limited to the sites in scope, agreed in writing, and rotated or handed back when the work ends.
Clients referred back to you
If a client asks to work with us directly, we decline and point them back to the agency that holds the relationship.
How Onboarding Works
Client sites are brought on in a defined order, so nothing is taken over blindly.
1. Agree terms
We confirm the model, scope, reporting format and terms in writing, under NDA.
2. Establish access
Least-privilege access is set up for each site in scope, using the client's own accounts.
3. Baseline each site
We document the platform, current state and any existing risks before routine work begins.
4. Run and report
Maintenance runs on schedule, and reports come to you to pass on under your brand.

Not the best fit
- You have a single site of your own — our standard plans fit better

- You want a flat price applied to every site regardless of complexity
- You are looking for a one-off project with no ongoing element

How White-Label Pricing Works
White-label maintenance is priced per client site, per month — because the work depends on the site, not on a single flat number.
Per site, per month
Each client site is priced on its own platform, complexity and requirements, rather than one blanket rate.
Volume is reflected in the terms
The more sites you bring, the more the terms can reflect a standing partnership. Specific figures are agreed with you, not published.
Custom scope quoted separately
Redesigns, migrations and major recovery work are scoped and quoted individually, so the monthly figure stays predictable.
We do not publish a single wholesale number, because a brochure site and a complex store are not the same work. Tell us your portfolio and we will propose terms in writing.
White-Label Website Maintenance FAQ
What is white-label website maintenance?
White-label website maintenance means you sell the maintenance service and we do the work, all under your brand. Your clients see your name, your reports and your process; we stay behind the scenes. You set the price and keep the margin, and the client relationship remains yours.
How is white-label different from reselling?
They describe different things rather than competing ones. Reselling is a commercial model: you buy the work and bill it under your own pricing. White-label is a branding model: your client only ever sees you. The two combine — you can resell on white-label terms, and most partners do. What matters to your client is simply whether any supplier is visible.
Will my clients ever find out you are involved?
No. We do not contact your clients, we do not market to them, and we do not publish the fact that we work with you. Reports are delivered to you, not to them. If a client ever asks to engage us directly, we refer them back to you.
Who owns the client’s website and data?
The client does. Your client owns their domain, hosting and site files, and we operate on access that is theirs. That ownership is set out rather than assumed, and access is only ever held for the sites in scope.
What is included in white-label maintenance?
Core, plugin and theme updates handled staging-first, security care with malware response, backups with verified restore, uptime and performance monitoring, performance and Core Web Vitals work, and white-label monthly reports. Content edits can be included within an agreed allowance.
How many client sites do I need for this to make sense?
White-label works at any size, but the economics improve as your client base grows, because the setup effort is spread across more sites. Agencies with a portfolio of client sites are the natural fit; if you only have a single site of your own, our standard maintenance plans are usually the better match.
How is white-label maintenance priced?
Per client site, per month, with terms that reflect how many sites you bring. There is no flat fee applied across every site, because a simple brochure site and a complex store are not the same work. Volume is reflected in the terms we agree with you, and any specific arrangement is confirmed in writing before work starts.
How do you stay invisible in practice?
Reports are branded to you, communication is routed to you rather than to your clients, onboarding materials are provided in your format, and the working agreement includes a non-disclosure and no-contact clause. Invisibility is a process, not a promise.
