Tell Us What Your Website Needs

Describe the problem in your own words — you do not need to know which service you want. We review the site, tell you what we find, and recommend the right starting point.

No pressure, no obligation, and a written reply. You will never be asked to send passwords.

If This Is Urgent, Start Here Instead

An active incident is handled differently from a general request. If either of these is true right now, use the emergency route so it is triaged first.

The site is down or unreachable

Visitors cannot reach the site at all, or it is showing errors. This affects customers immediately and should be treated as an incident.

The site has been hacked

Unexpected redirects, unfamiliar admin users, a warning from a search engine or host. Containing it early limits the damage.

Everything else — maintenance, a one-off project, a migration, a redesign, or a question — can go through the form below.

A few details are enough to start. The more you can describe about what changed and when, the faster we can help.

What changed recently, and how long has it been like this?

Up to 3 files, 25 MB each. Remove passwords or private keys before uploading.

We use your details only to review and respond to this request.

Please do not enter passwords, API keys, SSH keys, payment details or customer data. You will never need to send credentials through this form.

What to include

  • The website URL and which platform it runs on, if you know
  • What is going wrong, in plain language
  • When it started, and whether it followed a change
  • What you have already tried, if anything
  • How urgent it is for your business

What Happens Next

Four steps, and nothing starts until you approve it.

1. We review

We look at the site and the details you sent, and check the public site if you have authorised it.

2. We reply

You get a written response: what we found, and the recommended starting point.

3. You approve

If the work needs a price, you receive it in writing and decide — with no obligation.

4. Work begins

Once approved, the work is scheduled and you are told what to expect.

Submitting an Issue FAQ

Do I need to know which service I need?

No. Describe the problem in your own words and we will work out the right starting point — a plan, a one-time project, or an urgent response. You are not expected to arrive with the answer already decided.

What happens after I submit?

We review the site and the description, then come back to you with what we found and a recommended scope. If the work needs a price, you get it in writing before anything begins. There is no obligation to proceed.

Is there a cost to submit an issue?

No. Reviewing what you send and recommending a starting point is free. If the work goes ahead, it is quoted and approved before it starts.

Should I include my website passwords?

No. Never send passwords, API keys or other credentials through a form. We work from the access you already control, and we agree an access method separately once the scope is agreed.

What if my site is down or has been hacked right now?

Use the emergency route instead of the general form. Emergency requests are triaged ahead of routine ones, so we can look at containment first. The general form is for everything that is not an active incident.

How long until someone replies?

On business days, initial response is within 2 hours for prompt matters as set out in our service terms — that is an initial response, not a fix time, and not a 24/7 commitment. Urgent incidents are triaged first.

Prefer to Talk First?

You can reach us directly and describe the situation. The same rule applies either way: no passwords, and nothing starts until you approve it.
