Agency Partner Program

A Maintenance Partner, Not Just Another Vendor

One-off outsourcing means starting over each time: a new brief, a new quote, an unpredictable queue. A partner arrangement gives your agency a standing relationship — the same people, the same terms, the same way of working, for every client site that comes in.

A named contact, priority routing for urgent work, and terms that reflect your volume.

What the Partner Program Is

The delivery work is the same as our white-label service. What changes is how the two businesses work together.

White-label answers "who does the work and whose name is on it". The partner program answers the questions that come after that: who do I contact, what happens when a client site breaks on a Friday, how are terms set, and how do new sites get onboarded without a fresh round of negotiation every time. It is designed for agencies who expect maintenance work to be a standing part of their service, not a one-off favour.

You do not need the partner program to use white-label support — but if maintenance is becoming a regular line of work for you, it removes a lot of repeated admin.

Ways to Partner

Four broad models. Which one fits depends on whether you want to hold the client relationship, and how much work moves through us.

Model How it works Best when
Referral You introduce a client and we deliver directly, with you recognised for the introduction. You would rather not manage delivery and want to pass it on cleanly.
Reseller / wholesale You buy maintenance at agreed wholesale terms and bill your clients at your own rate, delivered under your brand. You want to set your own pricing and keep the full margin.
White-label delivery We do the work entirely behind your brand; reports and contact stay with you. You want to keep the client relationship and the margin.
Dedicated capacity A block of maintenance work is set aside for your portfolio on agreed terms. You have steady, predictable volume that benefits from reserved attention.

These models combine. Most partners resell on white-label terms, then add dedicated capacity once the volume is steady.

What Partners Get

Concrete arrangements, not a loyalty badge.

A named contact

The same people who know your portfolio handle it, rather than a rotating queue of strangers.

Priority routing

Partner work is scheduled ahead of ad-hoc requests, so a client emergency is not stuck behind a general queue.

Volume-based terms

Terms reflect how many sites you bring and how you work with us, agreed individually rather than published as a flat rate.

Predictable onboarding

A repeatable process for bringing each new client site on, so adding a site is routine rather than a project.

Platform specialists

Coverage across WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, Drupal and Joomla — including the platforms you do not keep in-house.

A defined escalation path

When something goes beyond a routine change, there is an agreed route to escalate it, not a dead end.

What We Expect, and What You Can Expect

A partnership has two sides. Setting both out plainly avoids the misunderstandings that sink long relationships.

What we expect from partners

  • Clear scope for each site you send us
  • Workable access, provided through the channels we agree
  • A single point of contact on your side
  • Honest volume signals, so we can schedule properly
  • Confirmation in writing before new scope begins

What you can expect from us

  • An NDA in place before client sites are onboarded
  • No contact with, or marketing to, your clients
  • Work delivered under your brand, in your format
  • Response within the commitments we agree with you
  • Access handed back or rotated when the work ends

How to Start

A short sequence, with the commercial terms settled before any client site is touched.

1. Talk it through

We discuss your portfolio, the platforms involved and how you want work delivered.

2. Sign an NDA

Confidentiality is agreed before any client-specific detail is shared.

3. Agree terms

The model, scope, routing for urgent work and commercial terms are confirmed in writing.

4. Onboard and run

Sites come on individually, then maintenance runs and reports come to you.

Agency Partner Program FAQ

What is the agency partner program?

It is the working relationship around our white-label delivery. Instead of treating each client site as a new transaction, a partner arrangement gives you a named contact, priority scheduling, terms that reflect your volume, and a predictable way to onboard each new site that comes in.

How is this different from just outsourcing to you?

Outsourcing can be transactional: a site, a task, an invoice. A partner arrangement is structured for a longer horizon — a standing relationship, agreed routing for urgent work, and volume-based terms, so you are not renegotiating from scratch every time a new client site appears.

What partnership models do you offer?

Four broad models: referral, where we handle the work directly and you are recognised for the introduction; reseller / wholesale, where you buy at agreed wholesale terms and bill under your own pricing; white-label delivery, where we work entirely behind your brand; and dedicated capacity, where a block of maintenance work is set aside for your portfolio. Which one fits depends on whether you want to hold the client relationship, and how much volume you bring.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Terms reflect how many sites you bring and how you work with us, and those terms are agreed with you individually rather than published as a rate card. We will always tell you plainly what we can do before anything is committed.

Will you ever approach my clients directly?

No. Not contacting your clients, and not marketing to them, is a condition of the relationship and part of the agreement. If a client asks to engage us directly, we refer them back to you.

Do partners get priority for urgent work?

Yes. Partner work is routed ahead of ad-hoc requests for scheduling purposes, so a client emergency is not stuck behind a queue. Exact expectations around urgent work are agreed when we set the arrangement up, not left vague.

What do you need before we can start?

A short conversation about your portfolio, an NDA where required, and written agreement on the model and terms. After that, client sites are onboarded individually with least-privilege access and a documented baseline.
